【Media】Introducing Xprenia — an E-learning Platform for Startups

Xprenia, a new Singapore-based e-learning platform, is set to equip mid-career professionals and budding entrepreneurs with versatile skills and knowledge that can be easily transferred to value-add various growth industries.

With online courses, conferences, workshops as well as business services such as consultancy, Xprenia aims to foster an entrepreneurial ecosystem that facilitates professional learning, accelerating individuals’ transformation efforts and also adding value to companies and organisations.

Being up to speed with today’s disruptive world is increasingly important, as people often find themselves unable to keep up with their old skillsets and knowledge.

Failure to thrive and provide the demanded value to existing companies may put employees at risk of being replaced easily in the workforce and stuck in a vicious cycle of unemployment.

What Xprenia offers is a flexible way to learn and transform their capabilities through its platform. These are provided by its partner consultancy firm, BlackStorm Consulting, a boutique consultancy firm that focuses on scaling businesses.

Participants also learn from various industry experts who compress their years of learning to hours. They also gain direct access to these experts through additional consultancy and coaching.

This gives them valuable insights into various industries as well as expertise in niche areas in a localised context. In other words, learning is made a lot more practical than simply following a webinar online.

Since a trial in October 2020, the Xprenia platform has attracted learners from more than four countries in Asia. It is set to expand exponentially in the first quarter of 2021 with a pipeline of partnerships in place with multiple educational institutions, agencies and startup accelerators.

Moving forward, Xprenia plans to aggressively expand its regional footprint and build its ecosystem in the Asia Pacific. It is currently in talks with other partners in the region to bring the platform and its offerings to more users.

Upcoming courses will also be conducted by industry gurus, with some even offering verified certifications, such as Knowledgecom, a reputable training provider in Southeast Asia. Other features such as conferences and community will be ready by the first quarter of 2021 to provide a more comprehensive experience to Xprenia users.
